Worked like a charm! You’re the best!!!

So…. after getting no support, I went in to MANUALLY downgrage a membership that was set up to AUTO downgrade after 1 day. I switched it to my free embership (as it was supposed to), and got this message:

I cannot use this plug-in as is. I would REALLY, REALLY like to pay the full price, but I’m BEGGING for you to help me out here. No way I can show my uppers that this will work “if we pay for support’. If this won’t work as a free plug-in out of the box, how can I make the boss believe it will work if we pay?

Hi Messica, I plan on getting the full membership, but I need to work out my other issues with this plug-in first. I’m experiencing mixed results, and I’m not getting any help from it on the other threads, most importantly, the fact that memberships are not auto-downgrading after expiration. THat’s a pretty crucial one for us.

So as we travel through this evaluation period before buying the full version, I guess I will put this issue on the back burner, in confidence that you can solve it with paid support.

Where n is the membership level code corresponding to the membership they are purchasing through PMPro.

Frank: Have you tried deactivating TML plugin completely, just to see if that’s the issue? You won’t lose settings just by deactivating.

I ended up getting rid of TML completely, due to this conflict.

Would love to hear PMP’s advice.

Sorry, just googled and saw what MU plugins are.

I noticed that there was a ‘hacks’ plug-in in there, deleted it and that did the job!

Hi bguth,

You might have seen my post in the soulbop support forum. I’m in the exact same boat. Purchased soulbop with the SAINTDO widgets and they have that useless code attached to them.

So I guess, I too have the same question, if anyone can help.
