Currently, there is no way to make chat widget bilingual, but you can specify greeting in both languages e.g. “Hi! How can we help you? / Добрый день, как я могу вам помочь?”
In the web version, you can build a bilingual bot based on language and once someone hits “Continue as ..” we receive from the Facebook locale of the user and you can navigate users to correct language dialogs based on it.

I checked your website and see that there is no script installed, you can view the page source and search for ‘mobilemonkey’.
The script usually looks like ‘<script async=”async” src=”https://static.mobilemonkey.com/js/1636925333044531.js”></script>’.
If you installing the plugin it should be automatically added to your website.
Please try to disconnect/connect Facebook page (without connect scrip is not installed) and after this check if the script was installed to website.

We add Polish locale in the future deliveries but looks like not earlier than in some weeks.

The issue is currently being looked at by our developers.
This one is not easy to reproduce and we looking the solution to fix it.
You mentioned that the plugin was re-installed, did you manage to connect the same FB page as before? Do you see the same error when connecting FB page?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP-Chatbot for Messenger] Change a language@filipfarek, that is strange. I know you did it, but please, could you verify one more time click on WP-Chatbot icon in the left side menu -> step 3 -> find Messenger language -> select Czech -> click Save Changes.

I just checked and see that chat widget is translated to Czech.
1. Make sure you have the latest version of WP-Chatbot plugin. Go to Installed Plugins -> find WP-Chatbot -> hit Upgrade now.
2. After this click on WP-Chatbot icon in the left side menu -> find Messenger language -> select your language -> click Save Changes.
After this the changes will be applied, if you still see another language it might be cache affecting so try to repeat in incognito mode.

Please, upgrade to the newest version of WP-Chatbot plugin.
You can do that in Plugins -> Installed plugins -> find WP-Chatbot -> hit Upgrade Now.

The issue might be fixed if you upgrade the WP-Plugin to the latest version 4.0.9.
To do so, go to Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> find WP-Chatbot and hit upgrade now.
