Thank you for your answer. A different browser had no effect, but by deaktivating all plugins the conflicting one was identified:
It was the elearning plugin “LearnPress” – when it is deactivated I can edit the CookieYes properties or connect with the Web App. When it is activated I can not edit the properties and have no connect button for the Web App.
So for the moment I have a working workaound! Best wishes, Ingmar
Hi Jarno,
ok, thank you – you are probably right with your suspection!
Best wishes,
IngmarHi Jarno,
thanks for your quick answer!
I just did a short test and renamed the file cookiebanner.min.js to test.min.js (and also in class-document.php the wp_register_style call to load the css).
After that, the error was gone. But of course the next error occurs:
…/wp-content/plugins/complianz-gdpr-premium/cookiebanner/js/complianz.min.js?ver=6.5.5 net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENTThe same here, there is the word “cookiebanner” in the path.
So I think there would be a simple solution on your site to just change the “critical” wording of the resources and paths (as mentioned you can reproduce it easily when calling your own website with brave browser).I think the problem occurs very often, as many people are using ad-blockers.
Thanks and best wishes,
IngmarHi Kriti,
thanks for your answer! We have no cache plugin in this project and the notices still come everytime a user does a quiz.
We use the plugin “Error Log Monitor” which logs the errors/notices and displays them in the dashboard:
https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/error-log-monitor/In QSM admin I do not see any messages, too.
Best regards,
Ingmar
