Happened to me too, 2.7.2 breaks quite some css styling.
I went back to 2.7.1 as I don’t have time for fixing plugins, I hope the next update will be better.

It solves the problem – the animation is good – but the font should be size h5…
It seems so much code for it just to appear at root level without spacing…

I am using a theme that has many users and is supposed to be well written, we will see what else comes up. anyway, thank you both for your advise!

I found the problem. As long as the theme is opened in customisation-mode in some browser-window, only then CF7 behaved like that. Only viewing in normal browser style works fine.

I’m not sure what you meant with switching to default theme… ? Thank you nonetheless!

Hello Ben, I had a problem but it was solved.
I forgot my password – as I am the admin I thought I didn’t need it and wasn’t too careful with it. Then – even though my settings should allow the admin to skip the password protect login – whatever I tried, I kept bumping into the password protect page instead of the normal WP login.
in the end I did get to the normal WP Login through /wordpress/wp-login, and changed the password of the plugin…
for a second it was frightening, as I didn’t know how to get to the website or reset the password!
