You can change it by going to Theme Options.

Navigate to Appearance -> Theme Options (Check the Homepage Settings and you will find the option)

Use the br tag in between the line breaks. It would move the text to the next line.

Each word is not coded or styled individually. When you apply the Cufon fonts to the site, the fonts appear through Javascript and you can’t select or view the codes like you normally do.

Incase you want to remove the cufon code, it is very simple. Follow the steps below.

Navigate to
wp-content/themes/gommero/js/custom.js

Open the Custom.js file in your text editor and remove the following line
Cufon.replace(‘h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6,#menu li a’);

As you remove this line, the Cufon Font would be removed and you will start to see the normal fonts, you can than choose your desired fonts family by writing the CSS codes in the style.css file.

Lite version of the Theme is already update a long time ago. There is now issue with Lite or Pro version of the theme.

If you remove all the widgets from the Second Footer Area, the Social Icons would appear automatically.

Right now you had the Search Widget in the Second Footer Widget Area.

Goto Appearance->Widgets and remove the Search Widget from the Second Footer Widget Area.

Navigate to Appearance->Themes Section.

You will see the Manage Themes/Install Themes Tab on the top. If you wish to Upload and Activate the Theme, you can do so from the Install Themes Tab.

If you have already uploaded the theme, just activate the theme from the Manage Themes Tab.

Whats your website address?

If you have the FTP Access to your server, goto the wp-content/themes directory and rename or delete the “blackbird” directory, it should disable blackbird theme completely. If there is any theme related issue, your website would come back to normal.

However, I don’t think Internal Server Error is related to the Theme itself. I would recommend you to contact your Hosting Company and ask them why are you seeing the message.

I have found the issue and fixed it. We had updated the theme, The update will take few days to appear here on www.ads-software.com.

Which HTML elements are you talking about ? Please clarify and if there are any issue, I would get it resolved and updated.

Don’t just start to fire the Theme Author, no one is perfect, if you think that you are really a great expert at everything why don’t you release a theme yourself and give me a chance to try it out.

The reason you are getting this issue is because you don’t have the latest WordPress Installed.

Once you update your WordPress to the latest version, your issue would be resolved automatically.

To regain access to the dashboard incase you had activated the theme on the older version of WordPress. Use your FTP Software and navigate to wp-content/themes directory. Either delete or rename the “blackbird” directory, which would deactivate the theme automatically.

Then goto your WordPress Dashboard, Update your WordPress Installation and Activate the Theme again, you will get everything to work normally.

@thisheartofoak – If your webhost is not allowing you to update your WordPress Installation, then I would suggest you to change your host.

The Theme carries few functions which had been introduced in the newer WordPress Version prior 3.4. If your host company is using the older version of WordPress, ask them to update your WordPress Installation, otherwise lots of advance new themes would not work for you.

You can remove that manually by going to the front-page.php file. Find the text on that file and remove the whole “From the Block” and “Recent Activity” divs.

Whats your website address ?

When you try to login to the WordPress Dashboard, Is there just plain white screen or any kind of error as well.

Also, Is there some specific plugin which is causing the Issue, can you turn OFF all your plugins and see if the issue resolves.

If it does resolves the issue, activate the plugin one by one, to know which exact plugin was creating the issue. Do let me know and If there is an problem, I would update the theme asap.
