For your information, we have provided three layouts for your header under Layouts Option in the Customizer.

You can opt Center Logo and Menu option, this will bring your logo in full width then the menu just below it. Similarly, you can configure Footer Layout from the Customizer.

If you still need our assistance, please share screenshots of the concerned areas so that we can locate in the theme and provide you an appropriate solution.

We have already uploaded the latest version i.e. 3.5.9 on WordPress but, it is not live yet.

We have got your concern and would like to inform you that – There are some updations done in the theme regarding layouts and stylings, ColorWay options will allow you a single click installation of its templates.

Also, you will now get more user-friendly customizer panel with more features.

If you want to retain the boxed layout then, please visit your Dashboard->Appearance->Customize-> Layout Settings ->Container Layout.

We have tested the theme but didn’t get any issue with the customizer.

If you are getting 500 error then, please allow us to figure this out, We will fix the things and reconfigure it for you.

It seems that this issue is something related to the upload folder on your server.

The upload folder might have got misplaced because of which you missed the image(s).

Kindly contact your host provider in this regard and ask them to restore your upload folder.

If you want to use your own code there then, you will have to modify the source code of one of the theme files: landing-page.php located under your theme directory

You can opt switching to the PRO version to get many additional features and functionality, which is limited in the LITE version.

We regret to let you know that the demo content which we have used contain stock images and hence we don’t provide it with our theme.

However, you can still make your website same by using your own content/images. To add the required content you can do it under Dashboard-> Appearance-> Customize

I would like to let you know that under the ALL PAGES sections only those pages gets displayed up which we add from the WordPress dashboard, whereas the Homepage of the Traffica theme is built on a PHP layout who’s source code can be located under home.php file in the theme’s folder.

You can make the code level changes there.

Incase, you want to design your homepage in a completely different way, you can create a page normally from Dashboard-> Pages and then set it as a static page to be displayed as the homepage.

For your information, the updated version of ColorWay Lite comes with Home Page template that you need to apply on your WordPress page.

Just create a Page called Home and apply the Home Page template from Page Attribute section then, visit Dashboard->Settings->Reading and set Home as your static page for the Front Page display settings rather using the latest posts option.

Then, you need to configure your Home page Menus from Dashboard->Appearance->Menus just replace the custom link Home tab with your Home page tab and save your Main Menu.

Also, turn off your WordPress debugging mode from wp-config.php file via FTP.
