The support is fantastic. Just helped me sort out a problem with showing a sitemap for custom posts. The reply was quick, simple-easy-to-follow instructions. They make it easy to send screenshots too.
Using this on the latest GeneratePress.
Why am I not able to edit this post???
2nd Issue. Screenshot link.
Hope this works.Again, it doesn’t seem to be a serious problem because all the images show up fine on the live website. The problem is within the Gutenberg Editor.
2nd Issue: How do I add a screenshot? There’s no upload attachment.
Yes! I fixed it. Not sure which of the following actions did the trick.
1. I cleared Safari ‘website data’ aka cache on my iPhone
2. I’m using Ezoic Speed Accelerator and went to my Ezoic dashboard and cleared any cache that I could.a-batta-bing-a-batta-boom, I see two columns on my iPhone X. No wait, correction,
I see two BEAUTIFUL columns on my iPhone. And thank you for your quick response, still very much appreciated.
I’m going to mark this as resolved, if I can’t could you please mark this as resolved.- This reply was modified 4 years ago by Fillip.

In reply to: Unable to GroupHi bcworkz,
First, thank you for your reply.
I fixed the problem. I used installed my 5.4.2 backup and
I’m happy as a clam at high tide.I’m following the Git Hub? The place where there’s a more in-depth discussion on how to fix this terrible 5.5 UI problem.
This is my first week with the Gutenberg Editor (GE) and trying to work with the 5.5 was so frustrating and yes, infuriating! Searching on this amazing forum I found the suggestion that using a 5.4.2 backup will bring back the ease of using the GE. I have to tell you, “Wow! what a wonderful editor it is (the 5.4.2).” I’m completely mystified how the good developers made a mess of 5.5. Reminds me of the time when Coca-cola introduced their “New Coca-cola”– everyone hated it and Coke had a PR disaster on their hands, they smartly brought back the “classic coke”.
Hopefully, the good developers will fix this 5.5 fiasco soon. Looking forward to a long productive future with GE.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Comment is Not Centered below ImageHi James,
Wow! I totally forgot that I posted this. Been super busy. Thank you for the suggestion. I also found a solution, I changed themes. I was using Thrive Theme Builder wit Thrive Architect. Their support said that they don’t have that feature but to just add a text below the photo, similar to your suggestion. However, when I changed to the Kadence theme the problem went away. I’d type in the Caption and it would center perfectly under the image.
Thanks again for your suggestion. If I have this problem again, I’ll give your suggestion a try.

Thank you for your response. I deleted part of the title and upped the star rating from 3 to 4.@jdembowski
Apologies. It’s been a while since I posted. Got a bit carried away.
Thank you for reminding me and deleting the link.
I’ll be more careful next time.Hi Ben,
First. The problem is solved!
Solution: I deleted the problem images from the webpage AND the Media File, then em re-uploaded. Working fine now. Sorry, I should have updated this post.Thank you for your offer to help. But I believe that Kadence wasn’t the problem after all. It was some weird-Media-file conflict.
Kadence & images show up fine! \(*<>*)/

In reply to: [Gutenberg] I Give Up-This is Ridiculus@stuartmcmillen, I too want to thank you for posting this issue. I like the way you highlighted this issue in your post. Thank you for sharing your link.
I think your post should be a “sticky”.Side note: Thank goodness for backups. My site is fully functional now that I’m back with Elementor (free version). That being said, I’m still a bit sad that Gute didn’t work out.
