I cant see anything wrong with talking $ and leaving an email address, I had no idea you had even posted something like that. I am really sorry that they did that.

I have been helping out with wordpress for I think about 2years give or take a few months in another group and thought I would give a hand out here. I just want to share what I know with others. Theres no edit link for me to remove the link in my last post or I would remove it.

I am actually a little disappointed in the fact that someone actually removes posts that are genuine, but if it has the word free its accepted, it’s ridiculous.

This part of your style.css is for the border around images

.post-content img {
border: 1px solid #C7C7C7;
padding: 5px;
}

You can either remove it or change the 1px to 0px

There are many different anti-spam measures you can try. You can go through the list of spam plugins here and try one or more that you like.

Check Freepgs over the years they have become better and better. Its a one time payment. Although when or if you sign up you will need to use the contact form to ask them to turn the mail function on for your account.
I have a plan with them to use for testing blogs and scripts and haven’t had a problem with them for over a year. Support is really good too.

You could try the paged comments plugin, it works well. Apart from the plugin I don’t know of a way to do it within wordpress itself
