thanks for you reply! Which browser were you using? I checked with Chrome, Firefox and Edge. It’s showing like this in each browser: Link to screenshot
Unfortunately I do not see the Troubleshooting option in the tools menu. Maybe because I am running a multisite network and I am using MailPoet on a subsite only.
So I would like to find out as well if there is another issue depending on the browser.
