I’m afraid that identical SKUs are necessary to link products, and there is no manual linker currently. The only thing to do is to actually give the products identical SKUs.

Hey, I’ve never seen this one before. I suggest trying to create the exact product using the same shipping information. Perhaps you’ll find the problem that way.

Not with the app directly. Perhaps using CSV import/export.

This is what I suggest. First, install PHP error log monitor. It’s a really useful plugin we’ll probably learn what’s the problem pretty fast.
