  • Hi,

    I had the same problem and I change only one thing.

    In Settings -> Permalinks…

    Select the option “Shop base page” (tienda/%product_cat%) in the “Products permalinks Base” (the third option at the bottom).

    This option add the word “shop” in your url. You can see if you need it if when you push the botton “Shop” in the mainpage of the wordpress.

    Regards,
    Alex

    Hello,

    My developer updated my site to, I believe to 3.9.1. But I my products do not display. If you go to my site: https://www.behinderoticdoors.com and select TOYS, then click on a toy product, you will see the error THERE ARE NO PRODUCTS IN THIS GROUP.

    I was told that the developer has it set up to where users must be logged in. I checked and users do not have to be logged in to view products. Please help.

    I have the same problem toristallion, latest versions, products are listed in the products page but the categories show no items. Running permalinks default makes no difference.

    wordpress have problem with permalink especially when you choose post_name and title of the post and page doesn’t correspond or for other languages so
    best solution is to go back to default setting.
    permalinks by pageid i think

    I tried running new permalinks and this not fix the issue. My entire site is working except that the products are not showing. I can only see the products when I am logged in as the admin. But once I log out and go look at the products they are not there. I still get the error THERE ARE NO PRODUCTS IN THIS GROUP.

    Has anyone found a solution. I use WordPress e-commerce.

    Thanks.

    I’m having a similar issue on my site https://www.stillzphotography.com/shop/ . What could be causing this? Could it be because I do not have a woocommerce specific theme? Any help is much appreciated!

    i had a similar problems after updating the language files!

    try increasing the memory level

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’ );

    in wp-config.php

    this worked for me.
