So, they are not open to it. Do you think you could add some sort of cache busting function to the plugin to fix this issue?

Yes, the issue happens due to those both being enabled. However, we cannot disable caching from our site completely for this one module or exclude the entire home page from being cached as it would then render the caching useless. Is there a way for you to add a feature or code into the plugin that busts caching and ignores it for your module? Or another way to exclude the module itself from being cached?

Yes, we have Breeze and Redis Object Caching on our site as recommended by our hosting provider.

I have tried disabling both of these caching options and it did not seem to make a difference.

Yes, this is still relevant as we are still experiencing issues of it running on that page when it shouldn’t be.

In addition to this, we just get the error “undefined” on the page. Is it possible for the CleanTalk plugin to actually tell us the correct error such as “email does not exist” instead of a vague error message that doesn’t tell us anything?
