There are four mandatory fields you have to pass to the Instamojo Payment Gateway that is following-

• Name?
• Phone Number
• Email Id
• Amount.

If you do not put any of these four values we will get the error “This field may not be blanked”.

Please make sure that you are passing these four fields to the Payment Gateway.

Hello,

Hope you are doing well.

You will get an alert “You don’t have permission to perform this action” in the checkout because when you tried to initiate a transaction earlier because your Instamojo account is not verified at the time you initiated the Transaction so you need to verify your Instamojo account to proceed the transaction. As soon as your account is verified this alert will be removed from the checkout.

This is not a plugin specific issue, more of an API decision. Our product team is already aware of the issue, until they come up with a conclusion this is going to stay as is. Unfortunately there’s no ETA on this.

Hi,

For multiple products we don’t need multiple custom fields. Custom field is used to pass order ID, no product specific information is passed with the URL. In the end all we care about is the total amount of all products combined.

Currently we simply read the amount from the cart using WooCommerce API: https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/browser/woo-instamojo/trunk/woo-instamojo.php#L183

To use our plugin you can either install a currency conversion plugin that can update the amount at cart level or you can update the code to do the conversion yourself.

Looks like you’re trying to use Payment link with the plugin instead of a Product link. Please use a Product link and it will work fine. Check the installation section for more details: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-instamojo/installation/

Hi Manjunathpmf,

– We will look into “Woocommerce Auto Complete Order” and other features that are missing from our plugin.
– We will be revamping our plugin in a month or so, then the configuration part will become easy.
– Can you tell use the issue you faced related to getting support for this plugin?

@hamzahali please explain what do you mean by that?

The plugin works with the WooCommerce API to do all the stuff like creating order, initiating payment and completing the payment.

WooCommerce Instamojo is our plugin. WooCommerce is a prerequisite as mentioned on the installation page.
