    @nuagung,

    Unfortunately, the plugin does not offer any kind of short-code to be able to control or view the cPanel e-mail account management interface from the client front-end. The main reason for this is because the plugin is really meant as an administrative tool to control the creation, deletion and quota management of e-mail accounts on your cPanel server. Allowing access to this interface from the client front-end could have significant security implications and should only be available to someone who would otherwise have administrative permissions.

    I hope this helps. If you have any additional questions, please submit a support ticket and we will be happy to provide assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Matt

    @saschinger I apologize for the delay in responding to this post (completely missed the e-mail notification and we do not actively monitor this forum). We recently issued an update to the cPanel E-Mail Manager plugin because a recent update to the cPanel/WHM server software caused our implementation of the cPanel API to break. This update may correct the connection issues you were encountering, so please try again with the latest release of 1.3.11 and if you are still running into any issues, you should be able to submit a support ticket to us so that we can communicate securely. I just tested the ticketing system and I was able to create a ticket without an account, so you should not have any issues. Just be sure to select the Support or Sales categories. If you run into an issue again, please post back here and I’ll take another look.

    Best Regards,
    Matt

    @phil1000 Thank you for posting that you are experiencing some technical difficulties using our cPanel E-Mail Manager Plugin. In order to resolve your concerns, we ask that you create a support ticket through our main website, which will allow us to correspond in a secure manner and work to resolve your issues effectively. When you open your support ticket, can you please let me know if you are using the multi-site version of WordPress or stand-alone? In the stand-alone version, it should automatically pull your cPanel’s primary domain and should not be prompting you to register any DNS settings. In the multi-site version, if the main domain of the multi-site you are trying to configure the cPanel E-Mail Manager plugin on does not match your cPanel account’s main domain, it may prompt you to register the domain of the current WordPress multi-site site in your cPanel’s DNS settings. One other thing you might want to check is to enable debugging mode in WordPress and then access the plugin page, just to ensure that the reason for the cPanel error isn’t being caused from a configuration or communication issue, which is preventing the cPanel API from operating correctly.

    Regarding your comment about transferring domains and DNS, no where on our website does it mention the need to transfer any domains or data to our servers in order to use this plugin, nor do we require it. I have seen rogue websites out there advertising our plugin and that may be what you have run into. Our official plugin web page can be seen here: https://insyncbusinessgroup.com/products/wordpress-plugins/cpanel-e-mail-manager-plugin/.

    Hi cghove,

    There are a few different things that can cause a blank page to occur. My first recommendation is to enable debug mode in WordPress and see what error appears on the screen. This will usually lead you to the cause of the issue. Beyond that, please submit a support ticket with us so we can help you troubleshoot the issue further.

    Best Regards,
    Matt

    Hi woeterman_94,

    Have you recently had any changes to your server configuration, settings or PHP version?

    To troubleshoot this issue, please enable debugging in WordPress by adding the following line of code to the wp-config.php file:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );

    Then, navigate back to the cPanel E-Mail manager page and see what error is displayed.

    Finally, please submit a support ticket to us with the results of the error so that we can provide further assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Matt

    Hi madjwi,

    Thank you for your inquiry. If you are not using the cPanel E-Mail Manager plugin in enterprise mode (which is only available if using the Pro version of the plugin), you should go to Users -> E-Mail Manager and click on the Configuration Options link at the top of the page. If you scroll down about half way, you should see a section titled cPanel Server Credentials where you can enter your credentials.

    We actually released an update to the plugin this morning, so please ensure you are running the latest version 1.3.1.

    If you are still encountering issues, please open a support ticket so we can provide further assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Matt

    The limitation mentioned was indeed a bug and has been corrected in v1.2.2. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the feedback.

    Currently, the plugin only supports creating e-mail accounts that link to WordPress users. I will take a look and see how to best add in the functionality to enable the management of e-mail accounts without the need to link them to WordPress users.

    Thanks the feedback.

    I apologize, you are correct the password field was missing from the Add User page and this was an oversight. I have released v1.2.2 which adds this functionality back in. User’s also have the ability to change their e-mail password from their WordPress profile page.

    Appreciate the feedback.
    Matt
