In reply to: [reCAPTCHA for WooCommerce] Plugin interferes express paymentsHave just posted up with a similar issue in regards to PayPal and logged in users.
Thank you, I’ll load up the update later this week to take a look.
Best regards

Hi,
Apologies for the late reply, I was using the free version as we were running a 10% offer off everything in the shop, so didn’t need anything more than that.
If there was no support in this version, then that would certainly explain things ??
If we use the plugin again then I’d certainly be using the pro version, so keep up the great work!
Best regards
Darren

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Delete and De-Activate does not delete data?Hi Ryan,
Thanks for your continued help with this, I’ll keep an eye out for the new version.
I have tried the brave route deleting the _options entries on a dev environment after deactivating/deleting/reloading the plugin and can concur it allows me to start from scratch again.
I’ll give it a go on our live environment later and hopefully that’ll do the trick! I’ll report back if successful.
On another note, how’s your knowledge on webhooks?
Best regards
Darren

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Delete and De-Activate does not delete data?Hi Kyle,
Thanks for keeping me informed on the rollout, much appreciated.
I updated the plugin on our installation, then proceeded to de-activate then delete it.
Upon re-installing it, I found all config data to still be there, so unfortunately for us it hasn’t solved our issue.
Any advice on next steps, appreciate this is a free resource, but would you or anyone else be available to jump on and have a look at what we have?
Best regards
Darren

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Delete and De-Activate does not delete data?Hi,
I was just wondering if there was an update on a fix for this one?
Also, on a local environment, I’ve been able to change the list selected by editing a couple DB field entries to point to a new list.
In _options
Editing fields – ss_wc_mailchimp_list and editing the entry in mailchimp-woocommerce
Is this something I can do short term to get us over to a new list?
Best regards

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Delete and De-Activate does not delete data?Hi Kyle,
Please find details here:
Plugin version: 2.1.7
Self Hosted
Woocommerce verstion: 3.3.5Currently nothing in the log files
Just to add, I’m running a multisite set up, so the shop site on is a different domain.
Is it possible that the deactivation just goes through the tables of the non-shop site as that is all its aware of? If so, what data would I need to remove from the shop tables?
Thanks for your help
Best regards
Darren

In reply to: [Invisible reCaptcha for WordPress] completely broke all gravity formsJust to note on this one, I noticed a lot of entries with GF forms were being marked as spam with this plugin activated. When looking in the Entries tab under Forms in WP Admin, the entries weren’t there either, however looking in the ******_rg_lead_detail table in the database the entries were there. So it might mean that no data is lost, just that you might have to go through the pain of querying the DB to get all the entries out.
As an update
I’ve produced a clone of the live website.
Ran UM with 2017 theme and everything worked fine
Ran UM with our theme switching each plugin back on, everything worked fine.
Codebase is exactly the same.
Confused…..
Hi,
Just following up on this.
I spent some time last night, ensuring all plugins were up to date and switching off a number to see if that would give an indication as to whether there’s a conflict and the problem still seemed to be occurring regardless
Strangely we have a test environment with the same set up of plugins and code set I don’t see the issue on there.
Are there any other test? JS testing extensions, etc we can try?
Best regards
Darren

In reply to: [CKEditor WYSIWYG for Gravity Forms] Issue with Microsoft EdgeThis issue can be ignored, I found a conflict with a plugin that was recently installed on our website. So we’ve followed it up with them.
Thanks

In reply to: [CKEditor WYSIWYG for Gravity Forms] Adjusting height of WYSIWYG contens boxHi,
Have updated and all works fine and the height does look much better in situ.
I’d definitely say keep it to 200px in the form editor, seems an overkill personally to go to that much detail over customising it.
Thanks again for your help!!
Cheers
