The list is refreshed every time you reload the Custom API Fields page, but a custom field must be assigned to a post to be shown.

Is it a recent screenshot? It seems like the plugin didn’t apply the latest revision, in this case, may I ask you to try reactivating it?

Hello @jeanderby,

It is already possible. If you have custom fields existing for some of your pages, you will see a section called “pages” on the plugin Settings page, under the “Posts” tab. All the custom fields that are used in your pages will be listed in this section. You can check them here to let them show in the REST API response.
