For now, we have found out, it breaks after saving the product. After the update, it is immediately adding the products from other multi-site instances that are connected through MultilingualPress.

So it’s probably happening from editing and publishing content, but why it’s indexing the other language instead of the current instance? And why everything is working when manually re-indexing the products again? There must be some glitch.
We are using a separate index for each site, each has its own prefix.

Additional Notes:
1. It is showing the same error message with all plugins deactivated and default WP Theme Twenty Nineteen activated.
2. Plugin is at the latest version version 1.8.8

Found the issue, was attaching the form shortcodes after closing </body> element.
When form is inside the body it works perfectly.
