No. I did not install any smart-app banner plugin or any plugin to create that banner. It’s a default when you access wp-admin using iphones.

Personally, I think it’s much clearer if the post type settings (i mean all the checkboxes) are the same on the edit page. As a result, any changes made in the post types will be reflected in the edit product page.

@lukeseager i used ios and android. they have the latest OS. With ios i tried safari and chrome with regular mode and incognito. Then in android i tried the default browser w/ regular and incognito as well. All the users i tried have the same behaviour including the administrator account.

I am thinking right now that there is a conflict with a plugin that i have right now. I have a plugin called “Temporary Login Without Password” so basically you just click the link that this plugin generate and then you will bypass the login form. Or maybe i am wrong. Please advise. Thank you.

Shortcode will be fine. And don’t worry about css for search box, i can do it.

And about to define exactly the search field, it will searchable for order number only. So the customer will type the order number in the search box, if they type the email address or something else there will be no results found.

@rayrutjes that’s ok. You might added (i hope) in the future either with paid or free.

I just think this on the fly because right now there is no other plugins available for frontend search of orders.

Hi @alexmigf i tried your code that you gave and put it in my functios.php file but it didn’t work. I already clear all my browser cache and cookies but still i got the same results.

I also install code snippets plugin and try to paste the code there but still got the same results.

Can you please verify if the code works. thank you!
