  • Same here, not working with 5.2.2 and storefront theme here. Looking forward to an update but not sure if this is being supported any more as no replies for ages in here.

    This is 100% a Hostgator issue. I could not wait any longer for them to sort. Been nearly a week now and despite me giving them every bit of info required and even pointing them to this thread, they still unfortunately have not resolved the issue.

    I have therefore transferred all files and database to new hosting company and everything works perfectly (orders ip address recording, multi currency etc).

    It’s a shame because I’ve been with hostgator for years but I have to put not losing valuable orders ahead of hosting company loyalty on this one i’m afraid.

    I have exactly the same issue and it also affects my currency selector as it always selects USD regardless of location. Just contacted Hostgator via live chat and they didn’t resolve the issue and escalated the issue so hopefully they will resolve quickly. Been with them for years and this is first major issue i’ve encountered so willing to give them a little time to sort but had quite a few abandoned carts recently and I recon this is down to the fact that when they enter their address at checkout, prices go higher to include VAT tax which would make me run a mile as well to be honest.

    Absolutely got the same issue with Colour not showing as a draggable filter option. Very annoying and getting no help from themify.me. Very frustrating.
