We are testing on WP 3.5.1.
I am seeing the same <P> marks added to the dividers “|”.

I have set the “synchronize” function as described above, and did not affect the output. Is there anything else I can try?

I believe I see the problem – the Author box is blank because the code is limited to a post or archive.
Is there any way for us to add the default Bio box to our Author template?

We have the same issue – where a client needs to add PDF links to hundreds of anchor text items WITHOUT wanting to change the anchor text to the media Title.
An alternative was to use a plugin, Better Internal Links, which enabled them to search for MEDIA in the Insert Link dialog box. However that plugin seems to currently have conflicts with several shortcode plugins we use.
In any case, adding my request for this functionality to add a media link without changing the highlighted text.
(OR alternatively, add media as an option to search under Insert Link – see https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/18042 )

I am having the same issue on WP 3.4.2 —

When I attempt to crop for thumbnail, it does not display the image properly, and then “shifts” the image to the right and upwards on save. (Thus, if I crop an image, the area of the image that I selected is not the area of the image that becomes the new thumbnail.)

This behavior does not occur on all images; but on some, the crop function seems to crop from the top instead of where I selected.
The behavior is occurring whether or not I choose cropping for “thumbnail” or “all images” etc.
Any other ideas? I’m guessing it has something to do with info saved in the jpg image; but I have no idea how to fix…
