Thank you for reaching out! In your case, you will need to enable the “Allow Affiliate Registration” setting. Then, make sure to disable the “Auto Register Affiliates” setting.

With these two options set like this, new users will not be registered as affiliates, but visitors will be able to sign up/register to your affiliate program through the affiliate registration form.

Lastly, enable or disable the “Register Affiliates as Active” to your liking. If this option is enabled, users that sign up for your affiliate program will be automatically set as active. If you have the option disabled, new applicants will be in pending mode and you’ll be able to review their application and approve/deny it.

Thank you for reaching out! With SliceWP you can currently include or exclude shipping from the commission calculation. This functionality is handled by the “Exclude Shipping” setting from SliceWP > Settings > General > Commissions Settings.

In your case, considering that you want to not take shipping into account when calculating commissions, make sure to enable this setting.

Thank you for reaching out! Bulk approve commissions is on our development log, however, at this time I cannot say when the feature will be released.

As for showing more than 10 commissions, this is currently not available. Even so, I have added this to our development log.

Even so, can you please let me know why you’re manually approving commissions? Do you have a custom built solution? With the eCommerce plugin we’re integrating commission approval is automated, so I’d like to learn more about your setup.

Thank you for reaching out! I believe the best way to handle this scenarios is with SureTriggers (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/suretriggers/). They have an integration with SliceWP.

You can set a trigger in SureTriggers when a commission is created and transfer the data to the app you need.

Thank you for reaching out! The settings look good. Even so, so you have more context on what each rate does, the subscription rate will be used to calculate the commission for the first order of a referred subscription.

The recurring rate will be used to calculate the commission for renewal type orders that are generated under a referred subscription. If you have recurring commissions disabled sitewide, and if you have no other rules set in place, commissions for renewal orders will not be generated.

Since you’ve set recurring rates at the individual subscription product level, recurring commissions will be generated whenever a renewal order for a referred subscription of that product is created.
