In reply to: Blog content boxes unaligning – how do i fix?@corrinarusso forgot to get back on this and say this didn’t work as a fix . Looking again it looks like if the title text used in the boxes is over a certain length it wont stack new item underneath and will push until the next column where it will ‘fit’ – see https://imgur.com/a/OczaEaZ

In reply to: Backend content display issues@beardedginger Thanks for the suggestions. Site passes health check fine, aoerts from the usual, delete unused plugins , upgrade to higher php7, and optonal imagick not enabled. If i switch to deafult theme and did so i troubleshot mode, when click on details links for lugins they launch as pop-ps and not as they do in my image above. So it does seem to be something within the code of the bespoke theme that was made for the site that causing this to happen. So none the wiser.

In reply to: WP API and Featured Images in feed issueJUst in case anyone happens upon this thread and has a similar problem. Now resolved. Conflict was being caused by ‘Featured Image from URL’ plugin that was removing ‘full’ images size details from api feed.

In reply to: WP API and Featured Images in feed issue@tobifjellner I think i have a clue to where my issue is occuring if not how to solve it. The image details for width and height not being puled through for te ‘fulll image’ that the third party uses – see this record for an example https://www.getfootballnewsfrance.com/wp-json/wp/v2/posts/54938?_embed=1
Is there any obvious reason why this occuring? thanks for any help in advance.

In reply to: WP API and Featured Images in feed issueThe company accessing the api say have NO images come through at all this week from french site.

In reply to: WP API and Featured Images in feed issue@tobifjellner Yes the REST api.
Apologies but when i look at those two records i cant see a diff – what am i missing (which line tells me whether FI is set or not?) the featured_media and wp:featuredmedia entries look like both ref images??

In reply to: WP API and Featured Images in feed issueThat is the thing. Currently the third party that is using the api to access my content is not getting ANY images pulling through from the French football site, and yet there is no issues pulling content and images from the german site. AND, as above, there doesn’t seem anything obv diff or wrong with the images themeselves to explain on the french site why one got pulled through and one didn’t. The rest of the content pulls through, just not the featured images – Very strange

In reply to: Blog content boxes unaligning – how do i fix?@corrinarusso Many thanks for this.
This is a site i’m temp looking after for someone – keeping stuff up to date etc with some minor fixes. He has now left the people who originally created it and the theme specifically for him. Currently trying to persusde him to overhual entire site with a new theme etc, as even with my fairly beginners knowledge quite a lot of odd and broken code flying about on the site.
Appreciate your help/suggestion. thx
