We have checked the issue and tried to find a solution, but we could not find any issues related to our plugin in the debug.log.
Could you please deactivate drop-ins plugins (https://prnt.sc/FGEkcSbyGeAC) to see if that resolves the problem? If the issue persists, please contact your hosting provider, as everything is working as expected on our end.

In Kivicare, there isn’t a specific “clinic homepage” URL, as it’s primarily designed as a dashboard for managing appointments and clinic operations. The plugin doesn’t automatically create a public-facing page for visitors.
For now, you can guide your visitors to relevant pages by using the appointment shortcode
[kivicareBookAppointment]

We will look into the “link is clickable” functionality and, if feasible, we will update this feature in the next release.
Additionally, could you please share a screenshot of the issue with the “Choose File” button, which is also not clickable? This will help us better understand the problem and resolve it.
