1) Our plugin is not providing an import option. but you can import using other plugins like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/import-users-from-csv-with-meta. (select role Patient when you are importing )
2) There is no limit for the active user.
3) Currently we are not taking any customization requests.

Right now there is no way to disable it. If you had already set your SMTP configuration then remove it, this way your all mail will disable.
