I also lost all stats when I switched over to the JetPack version of WordPress Stats. I did this on my personal site, which is a “sandbox” for trying new ideas, but before migrating our other sites to JetPack (where our stats canNOT just disappear), I would need to know that this issue is resolved.
I also noticed that when I deactivated and reactivated Stats (while moving to WordPress MultiSite), the stats were *again* reset to zero.
I got the same error as “25reasons” when I installed the beta2.
For now, I’ve deleted the plug-in and installed the older stable release from the plug-in repository.

Okay – the resolution is in this thread:

I deleted the plug-in and then re-added by doing a new search for YARPP in the admin console, and then was downgraded to a version that seems to work okay.
I am also getting these errors. I’m pretty sure it started as soon as I switched to Thesis 1.7 (was using v1.6 before). Using v3.2b1 of YARPP.
