Thank you for the link. I know how to assign default language and how to change it. My problem is:what will happen to all my post permalinks in english? If I chose English as default la guage my posts will loose /en in url. I have more than 30 posts already published. Will I have to change their urls, manually?

Hello I did as you suggested me (I cleaned all the cache) and resubmitted the sitemap to google search console. Immediately all my 124 recepies where discovered, but when I go to enhancment section in google search console the number of recipes decreased, before they where 90 and now they are 88.
In reality they should be 124 recipes and not 88.
Why the number is coming down instead of coming up?

Thank you for your answer, I have already checked that url with rich results test and structured data test and as I told you one time everything is ok, another time it shows me “page is not mobile friendly”.

Yes I have already resubmitted it for index many times without any results.
It always tells “Discovered but not currently indexed”.

Is waiting the only way to solve it?

Thank you for your answer, if you check site:www.thesaporito.com from desktop and you choose for example page 4, it’s empty, so just few recipes appear.
Instead if you do the same search from mobile you can see all recipes indexed, and they show 13 pages.
For example this recipe

if you check on mobile by site:www.thesaporito.com you can see it , but from desktop no.

Thank you for your answer and advice. I found the plugin OG that I think was creating a duplicate open graph for my posts. I disabled it, but how can I check now if the problem of duplicate open graph is resolved? Please, could you check it for me? And will it solve the problem that my recipe rich results (created by WP Recipe Maker plugin) are not appearing in google? Could it be connected to duplicate open graph?Thank you for your help and patience.

Yes, almost all of my recipes are not with rich results anymore (before all of them were with rich results)
