The error you are seeing is coming from ‘Accordion’ plugin.
May be this is the plugin currently installed on your website : https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/accordions/

Please get in touch with plugin support here : https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/accordions

You can deactivate ‘Accordion’ plugin using FTP, Login to FTP and browse to public_html/wp-content/plugins rename ‘accordions’ to something else(for example ‘old.accordions’) by doing this you can deactivate plugin and users can visit your website.

You probably want to restrict content based on user roles or Membership levels. If I am not wrong then I would suggest you to use any Membership plugin. You can use any theme as very less themes include or develop such functionalities.
