Page is displaying OK but backend is blank

    I designed this site in 2013.
    Working OK.

    Recently had to make a change and logged in.
    Went to home page and it was blank. Nothing in it at all.
    Installed MCE editor and still nothing.

    I have no idea where I can edit this page?
    Is this a bug?
    Can anyone help?

    Hi Mat,

    Since this site was developed in 2013 – what version of PHP is this site currently running? You may try updating your version of PHP to 7.0 or 7.1 and see if this helps, as there could be a plugin or theme using PHP code that’s specific to newer versions. If this still doesn’t help, then you could try looking at the PHP error logs and see if any error was logged that could help determine the issue. From this error, you can pinpoint the culprit and address any changes as needed.

    PHP Version is 7.3.

    No luck enabling PHP errors.
    Can’t find the root folder location in my Ionos account..
