Actually, the plugin works and I managed to create a popup as you can see on the website https://www.esturiontours.com.
But when I open the plugin to edit, after a few seconds, I get a “Connection lost” warning. What I have been doing is to make the change and refresh quickly and then refresh the page so I can make another change. It’s been a difficult task but I needed to create the popup and I couldn’t see any other solution.
I would like to be able to fix it so I can use the plugin normally in the future.
I have deactivated some plugins and cleared the WordPress cache but that was not enough.

He actualizado y el problema ha seguido. Pero he desactivado el plugin ReCaptcha y ya ha ido bien. No sé si el problema inicial ha sido ese pero lo cierto es que ahora ya se puede ingresar desde el formulario de UM.

Mi tema es Avada. En la página principal, en la esquina superior izquierda, hay un enlace llamada “área privada”. Cuando entras ahí sale el formulario de inicio de sesión y es desde ahí donde me da error de autentificación. Sin embargo, si entro desde wp-admin no tengo problema. Por lo tanto, todos los usuarios sí están teniendo problema de acceso.
Además, se están registrando algunos usuarios sin permiso.
?Qué quiere que le grabe este proceso que le he explicado?

De acuerdo, es que yo para lo que lo necesito es para compartir archivos en el área privada de manera que no tenga que guardar los archivos en mi servidor y los usuarios lo descarguen directamente de DB. Sabe de algún plugin con el que pueda hacer esto?
