Can you please check if this is a plugin conflict? You can safely do that by deactivating all plugins and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t persist, activate them one by one until you find the problematic plugin. This can be done without affecting the users, by using the Health Check plugin’s troubleshoot mode.

I tried to replicate the issue and again, everything worked fine on my end, so I suppose this can be a theme/plugin conflict.

Can you please deactivate all plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme and see if the issue persists? You can safely do that without affecting the users, by using the Health Check plugin’s troubleshoot mode. If the problem is gone, activate the plugins/theme one by one and repeat the action until you find the conflict.

Thank you for providing more details regarding this! I was still not able to reproduce the issue, so it might be related to your specific environment.

To further troubleshoot this, I recommend you to disable all plugins and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, you can reactivate them one by one until you find the conflict. You can easily do this without affecting the users, by using Health check plugin’s troubleshoot mode, so the changes will be visible to you only.

I also recommend you to use the latest WordPress version, because the problem can be related to that also.

If the issue persists, please try to send us screenshots of any console errors that appear. To open?the?console?in Chrome, use this keyboard shortcut: “Cmd + Option + J” (on a Mac) or “Ctrl +Shift +J” (on Windows).

I did some tests with your feed (https://epicenter-nyc.com/author/alina-adams/feed/) and everything seems fine with the post content, when using the Neve theme.

Can you please check if the issue persists with other themes or is it happening only with the theme you are using?

In order to disable the menu icon, you have to edit the Header template part, go to the Navigation block, and disable the Show icon button option, as you can see here: https://vertis.d.pr/i/ihJqU4

I managed to see the image problem. The image is part of the Cover block which is a core block developed by WordPress, so you should get in touch with the core team in order to see what can be done about this.

Regarding the About us and Our services pages, I checked them and I see they have visible content. If you think the issue persists, please provide more details along with some screenshots so we can assist you further.

The Post loop patterns also use the Query loop block, so you can use the method provided in the previous reply in order to show posts from specific categories only.

Regarding the header image, are you talking about the website logo or the cover that’s visible on the front page? A screenshot would help us better understand the issue you are encountering.

I tested the mentioned behaviour and the subscribing option works fine for me on Edge.

Can you please check if this is a plugin conflict? You should deactivate all plugins except Lightstart and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, reactivate them one by one until you find the compatibility problem. You can do that using Health Check‘s troubleshoot mode, so the changes won’t be visible to the users.
