I managed to replicate your issue using a slower network connection and i see you are using a Google font (Montserrat). A solution to improve this would be to locally host the Google fonts, which can be easily done by following this doc. Note that the issue can still happen depending on the user’s network speed, which we can’t avoid.

I tried but i didn’t manage to replicate your issue, the header has the same height on every page in my case. Also, i couldn’t access your website, as it gives a ‘403 – Forbidden’ error, so i can’t check what might cause the problem.

I tried to replicate your problem but viewing/updating images and pages works fine using the default Neve Child theme. The problem might be related to the custom code added in the child theme or to a conflict with another plugin you have installed.

Can you try to disable your plugins individually and see if it’s a compatibility problem? Also, the custom code added in the child theme can help us debug this issue.

You can change the color of the sidebar only by using some custom CSS. It can be achieved by adding this code to the Additional CSS section in customizer:

.nv-sidebar-wrap {
background-color: yourcolor;
}

I tried to replicate your problem but I couldn’t. The mentioned starter site works fine for me both in the editor and front-end.

I think something is blocking the CSS that is added to the blocks. Can you try to import another starter site and see if all of them behave the same way? Also, we recommend updating Neve, Otter Blocks and WordPress to the latest versions.

In order to link a menu item to a page, you’ll have to edit the Header template part, click on the desired menu item and use the Link button.

If you want to use a different header, you’ll have to edit the desired template, select the header and use the Replace button, where you can choose from different options.

I couldn’t replicate your last issue, so any screenshots or references would be helpful in order to debug this.

I tried to replicate your problem but it seems it doesn’t happen when I use only Hestia, Orbit Fox and WooCommerce, so I think the problem might be coming from another plugin.

You can try to disable your plugins one by one and see if the issue is coming from Hestia or from a different source.

I tried to reproduce the problem, but on my end the custom links work as expected both in the desktop and the mobile menu. This can be caused by a plugin conflict or some external CSS applied. You can check the conflict by disabling your plugins one by one and see if one of them is causing the problem.
