You should open the pages in edit mode and check if the page builder you are using allows you to set responsive settings, like custom padding for desktop/mobile/tablet.

Any style changes should be added in the style.css file of the child theme. Making changes to Neve’s files is not recommended, as those will be lost when the theme updates.

Unfortunately, we aren’t providing custom code solutions in the free version of the theme. You can use the Neve child theme (https://docs.themeisle.com/article/985-how-to-create-a-child-theme-for-neve) and see if the code works for you, or adjust it accordingly.

If the issue persists, it can be due to a plugin conflict, so I would recommend you to disable all plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme, and see if the problem is solved. You can safely do that using Health Check plugin’s troubleshoot mode, so the changes won’t be visible to your website visitors.
