If the image is still blurry, I would recommend directly uploading an image with the appropriate width/height ratio, so the resize is more smooth. Besides this, it would be worth trying to use a different image extension (like jpg, svg), which is more fit for this kind of illustrations.

Can you please make sure that you didn’t set a transparent header background? The submenu inherits the header’s background, which appears to be transparent in your case.

For achieving this behaviour, you will have to follow the next steps:

• In the header settings, set a transparent background: https://vertis.d.pr/i/cedyJb
• Add the following additional CSS to the header:

Can you tell us what tools did you use in order to add those videos to the homepage? Besides this, it would be worth to see if the issue persists with a default WordPress theme. If it persists, it means that the problem is not related to Neve and it comes from a different source.

I wasn’t able to reproduce your issue on a local environment.

Can you please check if this is a plugin conflict? You can do that by using the Health Check plugin’s troubleshoot mode and see if the issue persists when only Neve is activated (the users won’t be affected by the troubleshoot mode changes). If it’s fixed, activate the plugins one by one until you find the compatibility issue.
