Hi

I managed to get pop-up to work by selecting the “targeting conditions” and it works perfectly. However, it pop up on page load which is not what I want. I only want the popup to appear on click. If I were to de-select the targeting conditions, the pop-up wont work at all. Please help!

yes, but i have already set the subscriber list and it has the same error. Also, ajax kept loading and loading. Would be great if ajax works fine. thanks

Hi, yes ajax seem to be the problem. Already disable it and it is is able to do the submission. However, I received an error after submission: SORRY, WE HAD A PROBLEM ADDING YOUR EMAIL. But i received the confirmation email at my end.

I have already checked the list and my list is called subscribers
