It only happens at the top of the page, when the page first opens up. All the other animations on the that you see when you scroll act fine.

I switched my theme to Twenty Sixteen and deactivated all my other plugins. The problem is still there. You can see it here:

It doesn’t happen in the editor, just in the front. I changed my theme to Twenty Sixteen and deactivated all plugins and it still acts the same. Here’s a link:

Edit: I forgot to mention to try clicking on one of the 1st five links in the navigation menu except “Meet Us” (doesn’t work yet). As you’ll see, it doesn’t scroll down to the anchor point. Instead the page seems to pause then open up at that anchor point.

Hi @12steprecovery, thanks for sharing how you added parallux. Sorry to say but I’m rather new at this so I’m wondering if you could explain it a bit more. For instance I downloaded the code at the github link but I’m not exactly sure what to do with it. I’m thinking I need to upload the 3 javascript files somewhere on my wordpress site but I’m not sure how. I hope you could enlighten me.
