1. export subsite
2. Import it to the single site

You can use Restrict Categories plugin.

For testing this feature, add some users with different roles, and switch the current user from admin (yourself) to other users (with the restricted roles). You can use user switching plugin for switching users.

Unfortunately, after updating the plugin all relationships are lost in:
a- the edit post type page ==> …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf-edit-type&wpcf-post-type=writer

I also tested other situations:
1. I installed version 1.9 in another site (fresh install, not update), parent-child relationship works perfectly.
2. I un-installed the updated types plugin, deleted it, and installed 1.9, parent-child relationship did not work.
2. I un-installed the updated types, plugin, deleted it, and installed 1.8.11, parent-child relationship worked (but in 1.8.11 terms meta is not supported).

Actually, just before sending my reply, I installed the plugin in my development environment (WP Multi-site 4.4.2). It worked perfectly.
Maybe you forgot switching the user from admin (yourself) to other users (with the restricted roles), You can use user switching plugin.

I emulated your site in this test site and activated both yoast seo and Verify Google Webmaster Tools plugins and add “googlece012e4931e1f6e6” in the settings of both plugins, thus saw “googlece012e4931e1f6e6” at the header.

The problem is caused by mis-configuring Verify Google Webmaster Tools plugin. the “googlece012e4931e1f6e6” works fine in yoast SEO. But as you see in the plugins’s screenshot in this box you should copy the verification meta-tag. After copying the proper meta tag /or deleting the wrong code, “googlece012e4931e1f6e6” will be removed from header.

As I understand, there are two problems:
1- your images captured by iOS devices, are automatically rotated!
2- image preview doesn’t work so can’t edit photos

My help for the first issue:
By default, thumbnails of photos taken by an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) are flipped 90 degrees to the left, it’s a long image EXIF information story. iOS images fixer
plugin takes care of this and fixes the uploaded images orientation’s (if needed, based on EXIF data) using ImageMagic Library if available or PHP GD as a fallback.
Let’s see if it works!

If you are a newbie in using PHP codes and WordPress template tags, I think it’s easier to use page builder plugins, e.g. Page Builder by SiteOrigin or Beaver Builder – WordPress Page Builder plugins.

As I see, you mean the “googlece012e4931e1f6e6” located in the header.
Once I had the same problem in another theme, displaying the code in footer of my site … I found that instead of inserting the google code in the “Google Analytics Tracking Code” box of the theme, I’ve inserted that to another box showing in footer of my page.

So please check the Eptima theme options, I’m sure you’ll find the box ??

In order to understand your situation, more details would be appreciated, e.g. the address of your site, the active theme, the active plugins, images size on your homepage, …

But as a general note, you can follow this guideline.
As a routine practice, I:
1. Analyze my site performance using gtmetrix
2. Use plugins like W3 Total Cache for browser caching, …
3. Manually compress images using tinypng.com
