I think the best way to accomplish this task is to:
1- export your MySQL table as a CSV file
2- curate data (select required data, delete other data, and save the csv file)
3- import the csv file using plugins like CSV Importer, which Imports post title, body, excerpt, tags, date, categories etc. I’ve used this plugin to easily import over 500 posts from excel to WordPress.

1. Hacked?
Remain calm and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.
2. Cannot Access Dashboard
Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Works good for all pages, posts, custom post, and all taxonomies.

The only shortcoming: it does not work on multi site, so we can not use it for our development sites, and no support after a 6 months notification: Plugin does not work on subside with multisite
