@mra13 the themes are “Omnicron” from Rocketthemes and “Caffiene” by Muffin Group.
Thanks, yes I tried it but the cookie test failed and the plugin stated that it won’t work on this site.
I forgot to mentioned something: this has only become an issue since the last upgrade of this plugin.

In reply to: All in One Wp Security & Firewall – Brute Force;rename URL errorThanks Dennis. What I did was go the the plugins folder, locate the security plugin, and just rename that one. That got me in.
I think there is a bug in the latest version of all in one security for WordPress. What I’m seeing is that when the brute force prevention feature where the login url is renamed – is activated, then login becomes impossible. I can’t login either at the custom url or at /wp-admin. What happens is that trying to go to /wp-admin throws a 404 error page and logging in at the custom URL does the same thing.
To be clear whitelisting is turned off and no cookie based brute force login prevention is active.

In reply to: All in One Wp Security & Firewall – Brute Force;rename URL errorHi,
I’m having a similar issue where the rename URL option has locked me out of a site. Before I was locked out, I was able to verify that, per the most recent update to AIOWS, the rename URL option stopped working. Turning it off allowed me to login at /wp-admin, but turning it on gives a 404 after logging in at /my_custom_login_url.
In the meantime, I got completely locked out and emptying the htaccess of all AIOWS content is not having any effect. I need help.
Ok, nevermind. There were multiple instances of some of the entries. When I changed them all to the new db prefix, I was able to get in.
I went ahead and changed other entries in the usermeta table with the old prefix to the new. Was that the right thing to do?
Thanks.
Those entries contain the old prefix. And there are other entries as well that contain the old prefix.
I tried changing the entries you listed to the new db prefix and I get the same error message when trying to log into the site.
What should I do?

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Blank ScreenThank you. I believe it has something to do with the multisite. I realized I have another site with both plugins working correctly together. But that site isn’t a multisite install.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Blank ScreenThanks for responding ??
I tried it both ways (“always use HTTPS while in the admin panel” enabled and disabled). In fact, simply enabling the HTTPS plugin causes the all in one security dashboard to display a blank screen – even if no features of the HTTPS plugin are enabled, only the plugin itself.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Blank ScreenUpdate: it’s a conflict with the WordPress HTTPS plugin which I use to force SSL on the site’s cart. HAven’t yet found a way to use both together.
