@bsfherman Did 3.3.3 version introduce a filter so that string would be translatable?

I have the same problem. I have checked all the boxes for Required, Enabled, Display in Emails and Display in Order Detail Pages, but still not showing.

In wordpress order panel I can see the custom Field.

Note: I use custom checkout of Cartflows plugin.

Does version 3.3.1 fix that bug?

It appears when I activate checkout page with Cartflows.
