Please set 1 minute Delay in posting in Post to Telegram settings. That should fix it.

It seems like there is some issue with WP Cron on your site, that’s why I suggested to set the delay to 0 to avoid using WP Cron.

For now, you can try to adjust the delay in posting for each post in the post editor by changing the Send to Telegram settings near the publish button.
