Hi @jamesosborne , thank you so much for the help. Unfortunately, in the midst of requesting access from the other user, the client (owner of the website) has acted up and decided to not continue with the site development thus causing me to no longer have access to the site.
Thank you once again for your support and time. Really appreciate it.
Hi @jamesosborne ,
Thanks for the help once again.
Unfortunately the link within Site Kit is where I require the login credentials from the user that has left the company.
However, I have asked the owners of the site to reach out to said user to provide the necessary credentials for the Google Analytics.
Thank you very much for your help once again!
Hi there @jamesosborne ! Sorry for the late reply. Thank you so much for your reply and help. I really appreciate it.
I have tried your suggestions and here are the outcomes,
- I am unable to access the Analytics account as the sign-in is registered under the account of the user who already left the company. I’d probably need to contact the user and get them to grant access to other users. Is there any other way to reset the access?
- Yes, there seems to be only one account that is shared to this website which belongs to the WP admin.
Thank you once again @jamesosborne

In reply to: WordPress Home Page not loadingHi @gappiah thank you for the replies and help! Everything seems to be working fine now. It seems like cache was indeed the issue. Could I get to know how you managed to figure it was a caching issue? Thanks again for the help! Really appreciate it.
