Did you remove the “Pages” that WP E-commerce automatically creates?
One page is “Products Page”, and the other two are child pages of that one. Delete those 3 pages and your blog should be fine again.

As an aside, I think there probably is a way to make this plugin work with an existing blog, but I haven’t had time to figure it out. It’s a good plugin, just very sensitive. I think leewillis77 can probably tell you what’s going on with it.

Thanks for the reply, but I had to remove WPEC plugin entirely from that site. It wouldn’t work with my existing posts. I would not risk installing this plugin on an existing site with hundreds of posts again. Although, the plugin works fine on my brand new sites without any existing posts.

Problem solved. It was a problem with my host.

WPEC 3.8.7.5 broke my site. See my issue. I’m using WP 3.3.1.

Maybe it’s the same problem I’m having. If so, your pages are not showing because they are being forced to use the following:
1. page.php
2. single.php
3. index.php

in that order! So any single posts would use page.php instead of single.php! I think this is the problem. See this issue.

Correction: My loops were not disabled. Instead, template hierarchy was hijacked by Plugin: WP e-Commerce so that my custom pages, single posts, and all the rest were all using page.php. I moved issue here.

I had the same problem. I had many custom pages with custom loops before installing this plugin, and the plugin: WP E-Commerce broke them all. I deleted the plugin and my site is fixed. Anyone with comments or fixes, please post here. The new getshopped.org documentation is not much help.
