Thank you for your reply. I am sorry, I have actually added this feature on our new danish website that I am working on but I can’t share it cause it can’t be accessed yet.

I was able to find that the table I am using is a simple table. When I click on creating a table, my only two options are “create a simple table from scratch” and “create a data table linked to an existing data source”. I don’t really know how to create or change my current table to anything other than “simple”? This seems to be the easiest option if it is possible to do?

For our order process we have two Woo emails that go to the customer:
1) Processing order (we have changed to subject to “order confirmation”)
2) Completed order (we have changed the subject to “shipping confirmation/receipt”)

So I thought that the two resend-emails reflected these two, my bad ??

But in your opinion, would you say that the “order details email” that I can resend is a copy of the “processing order email” or the “completed order email”?

The reason I am asking is because I am creating a FAQ for our website where I wanted to have these questions:
Question 1: I can’t find my order confirmation?
Answer: Look in the spam folder first, if you don’t find you can contact us and we will resend the order confirmation email.

Question 2: I can’t find my receipt?
Answer: Look in the spam folder first, if you don’t find you can contact us and we will resend the receipt email.

Yeah that is possible actually. Maybe it would be better if the standard shipping 149 sek-option completeley disappeared from checkout when you have acheived free shipping.

Do you know if this is possible to configure somehow?

Thank you for your reply! This is a start but not quite what I am looking for. All of the customers that shop on our site will be in the customer role but will have different discounts. What I need is to be able to create different customers roles I think: Customer 1 might have a 15% discount, Customer 2 might have a 10% discount, Customer 3 might have a 5% discount etc.

Any plugin that can take care of this?

Thanks so much for your reply. After further research and checking out your links I have come to the conclusion that I want to implement Basic mode. If I understand correctly, I don’t need the premium version for this? How do I make sure that the values ad_storage and analytics_storage are added from the Complianz plugin to GTM?

Oh super, thank you!! I will check this one out. Does it require woocommerce accounts? We only use guest checkout on our site.

Oh I see! I did not realize that. Is there no other way to put manuals etc. in my account other than making them into products? Like just uploading the pdfs etc. in the media library, then linking to them in /downloads? Or is there no easy way to customize what that “page” looks like?

So sorry for the late reply. After further investigating and contacting customers it seems that these orders were genuinly interrupted, either by the customer or by Svea’s connection issues.

As far as I can tell the plugin is now working properly. We are still seeing some interrupted orders here and there but I will not panic about them then unless a customer reaches out.
