Shortcodes was free in 1.0.2 and back, (when this was a colorlib theme) and I can email you the zip file if youd like to inspect it yourself. If you give those back I would be willing to try the update again for a few days and see.

ADDING pro features, I have no issue with that. But you paywalled off an EXISTING free feature, the shortcodes section. I use those for any little snippet of code or paragraph or chart that comes along.
You also removed the Basic Slider, something else I used.

Also, after the upgrade the fonts were all messed up in the Advanced Slider, my shortcode background images were all gone (probably a bug) and you changed my footer text to have your name included. (probably not a bug)
