Hi Rick,
Everything seems okay if we used our personal email. But work email seems to be blocked and it’s not on SPAM.
This has been resolved. We were able to manipulate the total amount based on donation level * ticket quantity.
Nevermind! Found this thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/give-shortcodes-button-generates-error-message/ wherein the issue occurs because I’m using Text instead of the Visual tab.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Add text to left sideNevermind. I solved it using the widgets logic. Thanks!
Thanks!!!
Hi Rick,
Solution:
1. I check the Theme Function Editor and remove all the codes on it, same with logic.js
2. Added them one by one to make sure the donation receipt will be viewed.
3. Remove the code that’s causing the issue.Fingers crossed. Hopefully it won’t cause any issue, cause it seems like it’s an old code that will not be used because where changing to givewp.
Hi Rick,
I tried your suggestion. When I used a different Theme, it’s working. But when I used the current theme installed it throws an issue.
Hi Rick,
I deactivate the Autoptimized and I still have the same error.
Hi Mattheus,
Thanks! At first, I couldn’t find it. Then I checked if the plugin is updated, and there it is!!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Cannot activate licenseNoted on this, Ben.
I’ve already contacted support also in GiveWP. I just asked here because we’re using different email when we purchased the license and I don’t have an access to the email there.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Tax Deductible DonationOne of our websites, is for event ticketing which like a fundraiser event. And they want to setup some of the events as tax deductible and not. We were planning to use WooCommerce at first but it can’t accept two Stripe payments without compromising some functions. So, we were thinking of using GiveWP. But before we do that, we’re checking if you can setup tax deductible donations.
In Woocommerce there’s a setup where your product is Taxable and not. Can GiveWP also do that?
