In reply to: [NextCellent Gallery - NextGEN Legacy] Thank you for this pluginI second that, moving to NCG from NGG 2.0.60 has helped to make my website faster and fixes all the annoying bugs that I had with the latest NGG. A brilliant effort from all involved.

In reply to: [NextCellent Gallery - NextGEN Legacy] How to remove the JS and CSS includes?Excellent, thanks Nik.
I only use basic image attachments and featured images/thumbnails on articles anyway, so removing the JS/CSS for NCG makes no difference to me.

In reply to: [NextCellent Gallery - NextGEN Legacy] Moving from NGG 2.0.61Just tried it on my beta site and seemed to work. Will test a bit more but thank god I can now escape NGG’s slow pile of poop :).
I’m not quite sure what you’re saying there. I can edit the php.ini files on my server but I want to know what settings are inside your file to see what change has solved your problem.
What did you change in php.ini?
What’s the alternative?
That’s not it, I’ve got a customer permalink structure and you still get the little triangle HTTP ERROR image when trying to upload. This was not a problem with 2.0.40 and only become one after the latest upgrade.
A few people have reported the upload issue now since 2.0.57 came out, myself included. A fix that doesn’t involve a manual re-install would be preferable, after all it’s not really identifying the problem.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] All cache rebuilt after comment made – despite optionsAdd to that.. oddly it only seems to happen when guests / non-users post a comment. A user who posts one has no impact, the settings are respected.

In reply to: [HumanCaptcha by Outerbridge] Does this work with the WP SuperCache plugin?Right. I tried the plugin for a couple of hours with one question. Initially it seemed to work but when I came back later the same answer didn’t work, even though only one answer was possible. So clearly WP SuperCache and this plugin don’t want to play nice with each other :(.
I’m guessing that even though we only had one question you must have something else, like a code or field name, that does still change dynamically.

In reply to: [HumanCaptcha by Outerbridge] Does this work with the WP SuperCache plugin?I think I’ll start off with just one question to avoid any issues with cache plugins and see how that goes.
Also does you plugin override Akismet or work in front of it?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Is this plugin still active?Hope so as I fancy giving this a try.
Yes but I already did that, as per above, and got it working. But since 1.2.3 it has stopped working again despite a similar line in my functions.php having been removed.
Been working fine, then today I upgraded to 1.2.3 and now the sitemap is no longer respecting WP’s permalink structure again.
It should have generated the sitemap here (as per the plugin button):
https://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/sitemap_index.xml
But instead it plopped it here:
https://www.ispreview.co.uk/sitemap_index.xml
The internal sitemap archive links also still point to /index.php/ links but obviously the script can’t see this. I’ve disabled the sitemap for now.. well at least it worked for a few days ?? .
Yeah removing that line worked and my other feeds remain ok since none of them end in .XML. Now I can generate your sitemap too.
