Hi
When experiencing color discrepancies between desktop and mobile Chrome browsers, there are a few potential reasons and troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Color profiles: Ensure that the color profiles used on both the desktop and mobile devices are the same. Color profiles can affect how colors are rendered on different devices. It’s possible that the color profile on your desktop is different from the one on your mobile device, leading to the inconsistency. You can check and adjust color profiles in the display settings of your devices.
- Browser caching: Clear the cache and temporary files on your mobile Chrome browser. Caching can sometimes cause display issues, and clearing the cache may resolve the problem.
- Responsive design: Verify that your website has been designed responsively to adapt to different screen sizes and resolutions. It’s possible that there are specific CSS rules or media queries that are not properly applied on mobile Chrome, leading to the color inconsistency.
- Color management: Verify that your website or application has proper color management in place. You can use color management tools or libraries, such as ICC profiles, to ensure consistent color rendering across different devices and browsers.
- Hardware limitations: Keep in mind that different devices have variations in screen quality, color depth, and color gamut. It’s possible that the color reproduction capabilities of your mobile device’s screen are not as accurate as those of your desktop, leading to the discrepancy. Unfortunately, this is a hardware limitation that cannot be directly resolved.
Hi
I understand you are using the ‘Jetpack’ plugin, a third-party plugin. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or control of third-party plugins. Please try contacting the author of your plugin, for extra guidance.

Hi
To troubleshoot the issue, here are some steps you can follow:- Ensure Compatibility: Make sure that your WordPress version meets the minimum requirements for Elementor. As you mentioned, you need WordPress 5.9 or higher. If you have an older version, update WordPress to the latest version.
- Check PHP Version: Verify that your PHP version meets the requirements. Elementor requires PHP 7.0 or higher. You can check your PHP version by going to the WordPress dashboard and navigating to “Dashboard” -> “Updates.” If your PHP version is outdated, contact your hosting provider to update it.
- Confirm MySQL Version: Ensure that your MySQL version is at least 5.0. You can usually find this information in your hosting control panel or by contacting your hosting provider.
- Disable Conflicting Plugins: Temporarily deactivate any other plugins on your site, as there might be a conflict with Elementor. Try installing Elementor again and see if the issue persists. If Elementor installs successfully, reactivate your other plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
Hi
To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro) and then update to the newest version If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.
Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features
Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:- Optimized DOM Output -This experiment is designed to improve performance by decreasing the number of wrapper elements present in the HTML generated by Elementor.
- Improved Asset Loading – Should improve page speed by only loading the functionalities needed by that page. This experiment reduces the amount of code loaded by default, which translates to significantly faster page load times and better page speed scores.
- Improved CSS Loading – An experiment that only loads the CSS of widgets on a page once, in order to prevent multiple requests to the server. With this experiment, CSS files are loaded as inline style tags.
- Inline Font Icons – This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance

Hi
try disabling all third-party plugins, activating the Hello Elementor theme, and clearing all forms of cache, including your browser cache, your WP cache (your WP caching plugin if you have one), and your server cache. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider for help disabling the server cache.
If the issue persists, please check if your resources match the recommended values: https://elementor.com/help/requirements.
