Make sure to have the latest version of Elementor.

Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.

Please change your PHP version to 7.4

To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to the “hello Elementor” theme.`

BEFORE READING ON: If your website is down because of a fatal error, check your email. WordPress sends a recovery link to the administrator of the site via email. The link always looks like this: /wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode. Click the link in that email to gain access to your site’s WordPress dashboard once again.

I completely understand the inconvenience this puts you in. I’ve checked this issue for you and it seems the RS Elementor addon is causing this issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for third-party plugins given that we do not have any control over them and cannot guarantee they will be fully compatible with Elementor.

In this case, we suggest you report this issue to the plugin authors and see if they can provide a fix on their end. If they need help from us, they can open an issue on our Github account and our developers will be happy to assist.`

`To troubleshoot this issue, follow these instructions:

If you’re locked out of your WordPress dashboard, open the recovery email sent to you from WordPress. Click the link in that email to gain access to your site’s WordPress dashboard once again.

Deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

If this doesn’t work, switch your theme temporarily to the Hello theme and see if that helps.

If this doesn’t work, make sure to always use the updated versions of Elementor.

If this doesn’t work, make sure your WordPress site meets the basic requirements recommended for Elementor. You can check this in your WP Dashboard > Elementor > System Info. If needed, you can ask your hosting provider to make these changes for you.
