In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More than Just a Page Builder] Elementor- FilterHi
You will need to contact a third-party plugin for translation, Therefore, we highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this theme so they may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendation (or possible fix) to resolve this issue.
Should they need any help from us, they can open an issue on our Github account and our developers will be happy to assist. https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues
Hi
Do you have the Elementor pro plugin in your site?
Hi
Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at <a href=”https://my.elementor.com”>my.elementor.com</a>. I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, <a href=”https://my.elementor.com”>my.elementor.com</a>. www.ads-software.com rules state that <a href=”https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products”>commercial products are not supported here</a>.Hi
Try disabling all third-party plugins, and activating the Hello Elementor theme. Also, ensure that you clear all forms of cache, including your browser cache, your WP cache (your WP caching plugin if you have one), and your server cache. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider for help disabling the server cache.
Please, note that the tool won’t work if the Elementor Pro is disabled, so make sure you enable it first.
I hope this helps!
If the issue persists, send us the whole system info file so we can check that further.

Hi
Although I don’t have access to specific user experiences or group search results, I can offer some general suggestions to help you troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
- Clear cache: Sometimes, caching plugins or browser caches can cause display issues. Try clearing the cache in your caching plugin (if applicable) and clearing your browser cache to ensure you’re seeing the latest changes.
- Theme compatibility: Elementor works with most themes, but occasionally there can be compatibility issues. You mentioned that the problem disappears when you switch to a different theme, so it’s possible that the Hello Elementor theme is causing the issue. Consider reaching out to the Hello Elementor theme support team to see if they are aware of this problem and if they have any recommendations or updates to address it.
- Update plugins and themes: Ensure that you have the latest versions of Elementor, WooCommerce, and the Hello Elementor theme installed. Outdated versions can sometimes lead to compatibility issues.
- Disable plugins: While you mentioned you checked each plugin one by one, it’s possible that a combination of plugins may be causing conflicts. Try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for Elementor and WooCommerce to see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
- Custom CSS or JavaScript conflicts: If you have added custom CSS or JavaScript code to your website, there might be a conflict causing the issue. Temporarily remove any custom code related to the mobile menu or WooCommerce and see if the problem is resolved. If it is, then you can narrow down the conflicting code and make necessary adjustments.
?
Remember to take backups of your website before making any significant changes, especially if you plan to switch themes or deactivate plugins.

Hi
If you already checked the settings and deactivated all other plugins without success, there might be a few other things you can try to troubleshoot the issue with the button link not downloading the MS Word file. Here are some suggestions:
- Confirm the file path: Double-check that the path to the MS Word file is correct. Make sure the file is actually stored in the WordPress library and that the link points to the correct location.
- Check file permissions: Ensure that the file has the appropriate permissions for downloading. Sometimes, incorrect file permissions can prevent downloads from occurring. Set the file permissions to allow public access and downloads.
- Verify file format and MIME type: Make sure that the MS Word file you are linking to has the correct file format (.doc or .docx) and that the MIME type is set properly. The MIME type should be set to “application/msword” for .doc files or “application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document” for .docx files.
- Test with a different file: Try linking to a different file, such as a PDF or a plain text file, and see if it downloads properly. This will help determine if the issue is specific to MS Word files or if it’s a general problem with downloading any file.
- Theme compatibility: Test if the issue persists with a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Twenty Twenty-Two. This will help determine if the problem is related to your current theme’s compatibility with Elementor.
- JavaScript conflicts: Inspect the browser console for any JavaScript errors that might be interfering with the download functionality. Conflicts between JavaScript code from different plugins or themes can sometimes cause issues like this.
