Please excuse me for the inconvenience, but can you explain with steps how exactly should I clear my cache, since I have tried clearing the cache on my mobile phone and it still shows the same page!

Also to mention there is no existing page as “coming-soon” or any related page like this on my WP site, the plugin is deactivated and DELETED, but it still shows this coming soon page!
